Deposits / Final Payment(s)

  1. Price listed is per person based on double occupancy. Please call for surcharges on triple or quad occupancy.
  2. All deposits or payments are due 7 days after reservation. We accept check, money order, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.

  3. Motorcoach tours $75.00 deposit, full payment 45 days before tour departs.

  4. Rail tours $250.00 deposit, full payment 60 days prior to departure.

  5. Domestic air tours $150.00 deposit, full payment 60 days prior to departure.

  6. International tours $250.00 deposit, full payment 60 days prior to departure.

  7. Cruise tours $300.00 deposit, full payment 90 days prior to departure.

Once deposit is received, a confirmation with final balance due will be sent.

Refunds and Insurance

  1. Fly-in tours fully refundable up to 90 days before departure. $500.00 penalty if cancelled without doctors note.

  2. International tours fully refundable 120 days before departure. Penalties depend on individual tour if cancelled without a doctors note.

  3. Rail tours fully refundable 60 days before departure. Penalties depend on individual tour if canceled without doctors note.

  4. Cruise / fully refundable 90 days prior to departure. Penalties depend on cruise policies without doctors note.

Please call for individual cancellation penalties on international tours and cruises and a list will be sent to you.

Proof of Citizenship Required

  1. International travel: A Passport is required for all International travels through Executive Travel. The passport must not be within 6 months or less of expiration from the trip return date.
  2. Domestic travel: A valid government issued photo I.D. is required for traveling within the USA.
  3. Visas: required for some destinations. Please call with questions on requirements.

    1. Individuals are responsible for submitting their name(s) as it appears on the valid documentation needed for the trip (passport or government issued I.D.).
    2. Each Airline has its own baggage allowance policy. Executive Travel recommends you only check one piece of luggage per person. The weight restrictions vary per Airline. Each individual is responsible for any excess baggage charges imposed by the airlines.
    3. Insurance: Executive Travel strongly recommneds RBC supplemental travel insurance to protect your investment. Taking out this additional insurance could protect your money should you have to cancel for a variety of reasons. Please call us if you would like us to send you a brochure and to purchase the insurance.
