EMERGENCY SERVICE
Emergency changes to your travel plans, while on the road can be made by calling 800-823-9919 (24 hours per day). This number is noted on every itinerary. Please note there is an extra service charge for these calls. Please only use in an emergency. We have agents available M-F, 8a to 6p and Sat, 9a to 1p.
CLIENT PROFILES
Each traveler should complete the is this electronic form and submit it to Executive Travel. This form will provide us with all the business and personal info of each traveler.
HOTEL DISCOUNTS
Discounts ranging from 5% to 50% off of Corporate rates. Executive Travel is able to offer discounted hotel rates through the BTI hotel program and World Travel Hotel Value Rate Program.
TRAVEL CARDS
These are our 24 hour emergency service cards for each traveler.
CORREX
Correx is our computerized quality control system that continually scans for the lowest air fares and clears seats and waitlists for our customers.
REPORTS
We can provide reports monthly or quarterly.
NEGOTIATED RATES
Discounts are available for airlines, car rental and hotels.
INTERNAL POLICY
We'll help develop or update your company's internal travel policy manual.
MEETINGS
Our Groups & Incentive Department, can assist with any group travel from group airfare, hotels contracts, and cordinating sales & trade show conventions.
